Use of the service

Track Record helps people create professional records from profile details, outcomes, metrics, evidence, skills, learning, public work, and validation requests. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you add and for having permission to share any work samples or third-party information you publish.

Accounts and payments

You need an account to create or manage a Track Record. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan limits, premium features, renewal timing, cancellation, and failed-payment handling are shown in the product or checkout flow before purchase.

Public sharing

Public Track Record pages, validation responses, share images, and directory entries may be visible to people who receive a link or browse public product surfaces. Do not publish confidential employer, customer, or personal information unless you have the right to do so.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate others, misrepresent professional claims, harass validators, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Changes and availability

Features may change as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
