Data we collect
Track Record collects account details and the professional content you choose to create, including profile information, posts, logs, skills, assessments, outcomes, evidence, learning, public work, career history, validator names and emails, validation responses, billing status, and product usage events.
How we use data
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide and synchronize the product across web and mobile, deliver validation and billing emails, generate coaching or product insights you request, protect the service, measure reliability, and improve onboarding, sharing, and paid-plan experiences.
Processors
Service providers may include Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Neon for Postgres data, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, Upstash for caching, Cloudflare R2 for uploads, Inngest for background jobs, Anthropic for AI-assisted analysis when enabled, and Apple, Google, or Expo where mobile platform services apply.
Public content
You control what you publish through public Track Record, Explore, validation, and share-card features. Public pages may be indexed by search engines or shared by people with access to the link.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and product data while your account is active or as needed for security, billing, legal, and backup purposes. You can request deletion through support, and you can delete your account from the mobile Profile screen when that option is available in your app version.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and checkout flows. Browser controls may let you block some cookies, but authentication and payment flows may not work without required cookies.
